For our Refund And Returns Policy, We are pleased to offer one (1) business day turnaround for orders.

For any order placed before 2:30 pm , it will be shipped out the same day and delivered to your chosen address the following business day.

Orders placed after 2:30 pm on weekdays, any time on weekends, or statutory holidays will be shipped out the next business day and delivered the following business day. For example, an order placed at 4:00 pm on Friday is not expected to be delivered until Tuesday of the following week (assuming there are no holidays within this period).

While every effort is made to assure product inventory counts are accurate on our website, it is possible that an item may be found to be out-of-stock after you have placed your order. In this scenario, if we think we will have all products available for your order within 2 business days, we will fulfill your order as soon as all products become available. If, unfortunately, we think that a product in your order will be unavailable beyond 2 business days, we will fully refund you and let you know the order has been cancelled. You can then place a new order, leaving out that particular product.

Please be aware that the above delivery timelines are targets only, and thus not guaranteed. While Cannabis NB and its vendors we do our best to get packages out on time, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays in delivery. In these circumstances, you can see the expected delivery time once your order has shipped by using your tracking number, or if you have any question regarding your order yet to ship you can inquire via the Contact Us page.

Where we ship

GreenLeaf Dispensary, we ship your order to any address throughout Colorado and across the globe. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package can be accepted, at your chosen address, by an adult aged 19 years or older.

Packages will arrive in plain packaging, with no markings or logos of Green Leaf. This is done to assure the safety of your package, and to meet the delivery company’s policy.

Please be aware that an adult, aged 19 years or older, must be available at the time of delivery in order to accept the package. If delivery is not possible to the chosen address, the package will be dropped off at a designated pick up location. You, or an adult sharing your stated address, will then need to produce government identification at the postal outlet that matches the address in order to claim the package. If the package is not picked up within 15 calendar days, or is otherwise refused, it will be sent back to Cannabis NB and be deemed “Unclaimed” (see below for what occurs with Unclaimed Orders).


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

However, Green Leaf may offer a refund or exchange under one of the following circumstances:

1. If an accessory product arrives damaged and/or has an electrical failure.

2. If you were shipped an incorrect product, or if an item is missing from your shipment.

3. If you have submitted a complaint to the licensed producer via the phone number on the cannabis product packaging and based on investigation of the complaint the licensed producer has provided Green Leaf with approval to issue a refund.

In any of the qualifying circumstances listed above, the refund or exchange must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase and you must have your proof of purchase (receipt or online order confirmation).


Green Leaf Dispensary reserves the right to refuse any request for a refund or exchange.


Unclaimed Orders


An order is considered unclaimed if the package is refused delivery, returned to sender, or if delivery is attempted and the package is not claimed within 30 calendar days from the designated pick up location. Any product (excluding accessories) within an unclaimed order is required to be destroyed, for safety purposes, and accessories must be restocked. A Product Disposal/Restocking Fee will be free for the product price plus the associated HST. No refund fee of the product price will be charged to the customer. Only Shipping charged will not be refunded.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to GreenLeaf Dispensary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What are “business days”?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday qualify as business days. If, however, a statutory holiday falls on any one of these days, it will not qualify as a business day. No shipments will be made on holidays.

If I place an order on the weekend or on Friday after 2:30 pm, when will it be delivered?

Orders placed after 2:30 pm on Friday will normally be shipped out on Monday, with the expectation of being delivered on Tuesday to your chosen address. Exceptions would occur if a holiday falls within this period. In this case, packages will be shipped out on the next business day.

Why won’t Cannabis NB accept returns through the mail?

Returns will not be accepted through the mail as there is a requirement that our product be fully sealed such that its contents are unidentifiable, and this cannot be guaranteed with each customer. Additionally, inspection of any consumable item for potential return must be conducted in its existing state, by the Cannabis NB team, and then immediately prepared for disposal.

Why can’t I return an item simply because I do not want it?

Unfortunately, Cannabis NB is unable to resell or repurpose many items due to safety concerns, and thus are required to prepare them for disposal. Accepting returns of this kind would impose a significant cost, which would raise the price of all products for all customers. Cannabis NB has chosen to accept returns only for defective or broken product, or if the wrong product was delivered to the customer.

How can I find out the status of my order?

By signing on to the Cannabis NB website your order history shows you the status of your order.

  • “Confirmed” means that the order has been sent to the warehouse for processing.
  • “Shipped” means the order is ready for the delivery company’s pickup from the warehouse.
  • “Invoiced” means your payment has been processed.
  • “Cancelled” means that the warehouse did not have enough product for your order and unfortunately, we had to cancel your entire order. You will be notified by email should this situation occur.
  • “Picked up” means that you, or someone on your behalf, has picked up your Express order.
  • “Cancelled” means an order that has been cancelled and will no longer be processed.


How will I know when my product will be delivered?

Once your order has been prepared for shipping you are sent an email confirming the shipment and providing you with a tracking number so you can see the status of your product at any time. If the delivery is delayed due to bad weather conditions the delivery company will update the tracking number with this information.

Is the returns policy the same for Express orders?

Yes, the returns policy stated above applies equally to orders picked up in-store. For more on Express, visit the information page.
